SUPPORT DISABLED VETS
LIVEFIRE is founded by a Combat Veteran with a mission to support Veterans. Along with great employment opportunities, charities for disabled Vets and providing a fun/cutting edge environment. All while promoting gun safety!
LIVEFIRE is also testing as a possible remedy for soldiers coping with PTSD, through having fun with guns and helping re-associate traumatic memories linked to them. Visionary Christopher Bykowski is a combat veteran with PTSD, who’s dream is to create an exhilarating & competitive shooting experience utilizing shooting simulators similar to military training...but heavily upgraded for extended thrilling fun in a social environment. Through working on the video game, he has found some relief of his PTSD to where he believes it could help find even further relief as well as help others do the same. Video games bring back a sense of excitement, freedom and cheer that Bykowski feels he has lost in his adult years and these games bring back memories of childhood fun. Video game entertainment has also played a huge role in the bonding of his brothers and family. With the help of engineers, programmers, world renown animators and special effects, designers/brothers Chris Bykowski and Eric Bykowski are making their childhood dreams of video game design come true. Having much experience playing, testing and reviewing videos games from Atari to PC gaming, Chris and Eric know what consumers want. Therefore, designing and building a revolutionary game is nothing foreign to them. Eric is an Occupational Therapist by trade, Adventurer and a Marketer/Entrepreneur. Chris Bykowski is a clothing designer, artist, and product developer. Together, they have shifted focus on designing their dream video game experience with each other. |
